Shipping
All items that are in-stock and can travel via USPS ship within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.
Kilims: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall size (up to 5% in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; Nicole Rose Studio assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
DAMAGES: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the form HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
